国际科技商务平台讯（记者：李立婷）6月1日，甘肃省科学技术协会代表团来访湖南湘江新区，先后参观湖南湘江新区（长沙高新区）进出口商品展示交易中心、国际科技商务平台以及国际人才服务之家，充分了解长沙国家海外人才离岸创新创业基地的发展现状，并具体调研海外人才服务体系建设情况，湖南湘江新区（长沙高新区）进出口商品展示交易中心既是海外产品的展示窗口，”湖南湘江新区商务和市场监管局三级调研员、对外科技交流中心主任李唯敏介绍道，将加强建设“湘企出海+”综合服务平台“长沙专区”营运中心、长沙高新区外国企业服务中心以及长沙高新区进出口商品展示中心等专业服务机构，LiWeiminsaidthatinordertobetterplaytheroleoftheplatform,wewillstrengthentheconstructionoftheHunanGoingGlobalInvestment&EconomicServicePlatformChangsha-Zhuzhou-XiangtanCenter(Changsha),ForeignEnterservicecenter,andImportandExportCommodityExhibitionCenterandotherserviceinstitutions,createa"1+N"servicesystem,lockthebreakthroughdirectionofexport-orientedeconomy.Basedonthedevelopmentneedsof"goingoutandbringingin",weprovidemoreaccurateservicesforenterprisesinthewholeregion.“国际人才服务之家主要针对外籍人才以及高层次人才在新区的生活工作提供一站式综合服务，二、三、四层用于为海归人才提供创新创业项目落地孵化服务，服务之家接待了多批次海外高层次人才团队及企业外籍人士，为进一步完善离岸基地所需的人才项目服务功能，"TheInternationalTalentServiceCentermainlytargetsforeignandhigh-leveltalents,providingone-stopcomprehensiveservicesfortheirlifeandworkintheNewArea."TherelevantresponsiblepersonofthePlatformintroducedthattherearefourfloorshere,Tthefirstflooristheexternalservicefunction,andthesecond,thirdandfourthfloorsareusedtoprovideinnovativeandentrepreneurialprojectincubationservicesforoverseastalents.Sincethebeginningofthisyear,theServiceCenterhasreceivedmanybatchesofoverseashigh-leveltalentteamsandenterpriseforeigners,andintroducedanumberofrepresentativeoverseasreturneeentrepreneurialprojectsinthefieldsofbiomedicine,e-commerceandotherfields.Theprojectscomingtomeethavearapiddevelopmentmomentumintermsofquantityandquality.Wewillalsodoagoodjobinservice,timelysummary,InordertofurtherimprovethetalentprojectservicefunctionoftheOffshoreBase.甘肃省科学技术协会代表团参观国际平台thedelegationofGansuAssociationForScienceAndTechnologyvisitedtheInternationalPlatform甘肃省科协党组书记包俊宗表示，国际科技商务平台的创立是个创新举措，服务离岸基地的发展需要。
